Successful candidate must have 1+ years of applicable experience. Judicial clerkship experience a plus. This is a rare opportunity to support the busy, fast-paced, complex civil litigation practice in one of suburban Maryland’s preeminent law firms.
Responsibilities will involve legal research and writing, case screening and evaluation, drafting pleadings and motions, taking, and defending depositions, assisting in hearings and trials, and interacting and meeting with clients as well as other litigation support duties as assigned.
