JGL attorneys Drew LaFramboise and Veronica Nannis filed a class action complaint against the Psychiatric Institute of Washington (PIW), Health Services, Inc. (UHS), and their subsidiaries.
The class action alleges that, for years, PIW and UHS have systematically violated the rights of their patients, subjected patients to unsafe and unsanitary conditions, withheld necessary treatment and therapy, and involuntary hospitalized patients under false pretenses and in violation of state and federal law.
