Kevin Redden is a Maryland native and uses his knowledge of the state’s legal and business environments to help both corporate and individual clients. Kevin primarily handles business litigation on behalf of small business owners throughout the state. He is aware of the burden that litigation can cause on a small business and always seeks an efficient, and just, resolution for his clients.

Kevin has won verdicts at trial but litigates with the goal of obtaining a favorable resolution without subjecting his clients to the expense of prolonged litigation. Kevin also helps his corporate clients minimize risk through strategic decision making before the onset of litigation.

Kevin’s strategy has resulted in favorable outcomes in alternative dispute resolution and arbitration before the American Arbitration Association. He has argued, and won, in both the Appellate Court of Maryland and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.

Kevin also represents individual clients who have had their civil rights violated by local and state governments. He has obtained favorable outcomes for clients who were subjected to false imprisonment, race discrimination, police brutality, and excessive force.
