Joseph Greenwald and Laake PA (“JGL”), a law firm serving Washington DC and the suburban Maryland area, seeks to immediately hire a temporary litigation law clerk. This is a rare opportunity to support the busy, fast-paced, family law department in one of suburban Maryland’s preeminent law firms. This position will be based out of the firm’s Rockville office. This position is ideal for an evening law school student.
This position requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Tasks will include document review and drafting, deposition and hearing preparation, case law research and writing, and assisting in depositions, hearings and trial, as well as other litigation support duties as assigned. Maryland Family law coursework, or equivalent experience, is required.
